is a full service property management company

Archways Real Estate, Inc. Was founded in 2012 by Rusty Heyman with the objective of using his years of experience to offer Property Owners his unique treatment, based on the principles of integrity and innovation in Property Management and Real Estate Services.

Our objective is to make it easier for property owners to achieve their long-term goals, maximize the income of properties, preserve and increase the value of the assets under our management, as well as allow for a worry-free experience.

Rusty Heyman

Biography

Rusty Heyman has been in the Real Estate and Property Management industry since 1999, specializing in the management of properties for lease, be it a commercial space, a single-family residence or a multi-family complex. His conscientiousness and care has allowed him to successfully manage over 60 properties totalling more than 1000 units.

Obtained a Business Administration Degree with a Major in Marketing from Portland State University. After graduating, he went on to work in Commercial Real Estate with Marcus & Millichap, one of the leading commercial Real Estate Brokerages in the country, assisting in the sale of commercial properties ranging from 2 to 20 million dollars.

Rusty then moved on to become Director of Operations at Four Aces Distribution, which at the time had annual sales of over 5 million dollars. And gained further experience in Real Estate Finances when he worked for Fallbrook Financial Corporation as a loan officer where he financed millions of dollars in both residential and commercial loans.

After working as a loan officer, he transitioned into property supervision for shopping centers at The Heyman Company. While there, Rusty oversaw the day to day operations of these centers and handled the leasing of available retail space.

He founded Archways Property Management in 2011 with the goal to improve lives through better management.

Under his management, properties consistently maintained vacancy rates below 5%, reduced turnover in portfolio, met or exceeded budgets, oversaw all aspects of sub-contractor and vendor work and developed market surveys and many other forms to streamline operations and adjust to further each property's success. By controlling expenses while maintaining high performance and operational standards, Rusty improved the overall financial performance of all properties under his supervision.

In addition to his work accomplishments, he is a member of the Vikings Charities, which helps to support many local children organizations.

Degree & Achives
